6.2. Any health conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
7.1. Saryu Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Saryu Travels.
