Return Policy

1. Tour Package Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the tour will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date.

2. Cab Booking Refunds

  • Full refund is applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cab pickup time.
  • No refund will be processed for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

3. Hotel Booking Refunds

  • Hotel bookings follow the cancellation policy of the respective hotel or partner.
  • Details will be shared at the time of booking and must be referred to for applicable refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at saryutravel@gmail.com or call us directly. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failure to show up at the pickup location or tour start point.
  • Missed services due to incorrect information provided at the time of booking.
  • Weather delays or force majeure events (unless otherwise stated).
